Service Coverage
The parties agree that Anthony Farran Photography, where booked, will provide photographic services in accordance with the timings & requests recorded in the final schedule, after such details have been discussed and settled prior to the event.
Payments
The fee for professional services will be as quoted. For wedding services a deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking which reserves the date and coverage. This fee is non refundable, except in exceptional circumstances by agreement but may be transferable if rescheduled (subject to availability).
Weddings
A final payment of the balance must be payed no later than the day of the event, any monies outstanding will result in the images being withheld until the ballance is payed in full.
Limitation of Liability
Every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver a range of outstanding photographs. We cannot fully guarantee that a specific requested image is taken due to the nature of an uncontrolled event, such as weather or a venue or time change from the agreed planned schedule.
If our services are cancelled by the customer we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid. If at the time of cancellation the final balance has already been paid this will be fully refunded.
In the event of personal illness or other circumstance beyond the control of Anthony Farran Photography, a substitute photographer of equal standing, subject to the acceptance by the Client prior to the event, will be engaged by Anthony Farran Photography to fulfill the contractual obligations. Should the Client decline the sending of a substitute photographer the Client may elect to terminate this agreement and receive a full refund including any deposit paid.
Review and Copyright
All images taken will be digitally captured and stored for safety. Personal Data may also be retained on our computer in order to fulfill the contract. All images are copyright to Anthony Farran Photography unless where copyright is passed to the Client as part of the contract. Even where copyright has been passed, Anthony Farran Photography reserves the right to use such images for promotional purposes unless part of a separate agreement. Other than when copyright has been passed to the purchaser the purchaser does not have the rights to reproduce the image in any form e.g. Social Networking sites, without the consent of Anthony Farran Photography. Publishing by Anthony Farran Photography to a Social Networking site does not imply that copyright has been passed.
Model Release
The parties agree that Anthony Farran may reproduce, publish, or exhibit a selection of photographs taken as a sample of photographic work to be shown to prospective clients in the form of in-house displays, advertising and website, consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgement. Guests at events should be advised that photographs taken of them at an event are subject to the same agreement.
If any Client or Guest shows reasonable cause for an image not to be used in such a manner or is deemed inappropriate the images would be subsequently removed.
